WETHERSFIELD EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

Dennis McMahon joined WVAA in 1984 as an EMT and has served the organization through multiple terms as Chief. Dennis is responsible for the overall management and operation of the service. When he's not leading WVAA, Dennis can be found working as an attorney and volunteering with several organizations including Wethersfield Little League. Dennis also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Joseph in West Hartford, CT.

Wethersfield EMS
Since 1956, the mission of Wethersfield EMS has been to provide high quality, pre-hospital emergency medical services to the residents of the Town of Wethersfield, CT.
Wethersfield Emergency Medical Services Association Incorporated (WEMSAI) is an independent, non-profit service composed of certified Emergency Medical Responders, Technicians who provide EMS services to the Town of Wethersfield. These services include response and transport for 911 calls, mutual aid for surrounding towns, and community standby events.
WEMSAI members come from all walks of life and include students, lawyers, administrators, engineers, teachers, nurses and career EMS professionals. WEMSAI has proudly been serving the Town of Wethersfield for over 64 years.
